When installing IBM I Access (v.7.1 in our case) in XenApp the progress bar will end up freezing and the application will never end up installing. However, you can cancel the installation. To fix it add/change the following registry key and do the install again:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\TSAppSrv\TSMSI]
